Switching Gears

As proof of my indecisiveness... I'm only 2 weeks into this particular blog, and I've changed the name and the direction. My husband kept saying he'd rather see a blog about all the cool adventures that we've had around Cleveland. Too bad I didn't start this a couple years ago, because we've had some awesome touristy adventures exploring our fine city!

I know there are quite a few people already sharing their Cleveland love - I read them almost daily! So hopefully I provide another unique perspective and another voice telling the world all the amazing things that Cleveland has to offer.

In true 'me' fashion, I came up with the new title in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep until I found out if it was available. My high school track team was like a crazy fun gang, run by the one of the most positive, inspiring guys you could ever meet. He's also one of the best runners to come out of my little town. Anyway, we had several chants, handshakes, and "gang signs" all related to C-Town. What I loved as I moved an hour "up north" to Cleveland, I realized that the same city nickname applied. I want to be proud of Canton, but there is still a lot of work that needs to happen and there's not as many people invested in the same growth that I've seen here in Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs. Technically, I live in the city of Lakewood but the Cleveland border is less than 1 mile from my house, so, semantics.

So now I'll make Hubby happy and have a great time sharing my life and our life with everyone.
